Get dressed for work
Get dressed to relax
Make a coffee before you start
Go to the gym when you finish
Schedule fun at the end of your work week.
Start your weekend right and you’ll feel better about it. You could:
Take a language lesson
Learn a new hobby
Go out to eat
Go to the cinema
Have a designated work area.
If you can, having boundaries between work and leisure will be really beneficial. Even if you don’t have space to have a designated office, here are some things you could do.
Have work free zones
Be strict with your work times
Have a separate laptop/tablet for work and leisure
